Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Glen Cove, Nassau County, rendered June 25, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and respondent may serve and file its brief within 30 days of the date of this decision & order on motion; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may, if he be so advised, serve and file a reply brief within 7 days of the date of service upon him of respondent's brief.
