DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Glen Cove , Nassau County, rendered June 25, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeal be perfected on or before February 3, 2021; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before February 3, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application in person.
