The motion of defendant Alan Haysbert to abandon his appeal is granted. Review of the above-captioned cause, granted Aug. 16, 1990, is dismissed and the cause is remanded to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and accept defendant's voluntary abandonment of his appeal nunc pro tunc.
