We reject defendant's related contention concerning the admission of another clip featuring a video montage of the Sons of Anarchy television program, which defendant posted on his social media page on the same date that he posted the quote from The Boondock Saints . We conclude that the Sons of Anarchy video was relevant, and that its probative value was not outweighed by its potential for prejudice (see generallyPeople v. Hayes , 168 A.D.3d 489, 490, 91 N.Y.S.3d 408 [1st Dept. 2019], lv denied 33 N.Y.3d 977, 101 N.Y.S.3d 251, 124 N.E.3d 740 [2019] ). Defendant further contends that the Sandoval ruling was an abuse of discretion (seePeople v. Standsblack , 162 A.D.3d 1523, 1524-1525, 79 N.Y.S.3d 420 [4th Dept. 2018], lv denied 32 N.Y.3d 1008, 86 N.Y.S.3d 766, 111 N.E.3d 1122 [2018] ).
