Marsden motion denied

The ‘Petitioners Declaration of Conflict of Interest Between Attorney and Client,” submitted to the court by appellant in propria persona and filed on July 14, 2016, is construed as a motion for substitution of counsel pursuant to People v. Marsden (1970) 2 Cal.3d 118. So construed, the motion is denied.

Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
