The Court on its own motion orders that the January 20, 2022 opinion is hereby AMENDED. The opinion is modified at Section IV to correct a clerical error. That section is amended to read: "For these reasons, we reverse the circuit court's order granting in part defendant's motion to quash the bindover respecting Counts 1, 2, 4, and 5, affirm the circuit court's order denying defendant's motion for dismissal, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion."
In all other respects, the January 20, 2022 opinion remains unchanged.
