Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 17, 2019 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney to answer Issue II of the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order, specifically, the question whether defense counsel was ineffective in failing to object to the testimony of Detective Boczar.
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
