Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the County of Suffolk, First District (John J. Toomey, Jr., J.), rendered November 8, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of petit larceny.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: RUDOLPH, P.J., MOLIA and SCHEINKMAN, JJ.


We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel is granted leave to withdraw as counsel ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).
