Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as counsel and for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Chautauqua County Court, rendered January 6, 2020, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Jane Yoon, Esq., of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., is relieved of their assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that the Chautauqua County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
