ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to file amended brief on appeal is GRANTED. The appellant's brief filed on November 22, 2022, with the motion to file amended brief, shall be considered as appellant's brief on appeal. The brief filed on October 28, 2022 is considered as withdrawn. The prosecutor may file an amended appellee's brief, which will be deemed timely if filed within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. If appellee elects to file an amended brief, the brief filed on November 17, 2022 will be considered as withdrawn and the amended appellee's brief will be substituted as appellee's brief on appeal.
