People v. Hart

Supreme Court of Michigan
Mar 29, 2000
610 N.W.2d 928 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 114988.

March 29, 2000.

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the May 18, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Leave to Appeal Denied March 29, 2000:

Court of Appeals No. 201669.

KELLY, I.

I would remand to the trial court for resentencing on the basis that the sentences were disproportionate.
