ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "motion to extend time to order transcripts" is GRANTED only to August 15, 2022, the date on which counsel ordered the March 8, 2022 and March 9, 2022 transcripts. Appellant shall secure the filing of a stenographer's certificate for the March 8, 2022 and March 9, 2022 transcripts within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. The time for filing appellant's brief in this appeal from the March 4, 2022 judgment of sentence shall run, pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii), from the time the March 8, 2022 and March 9, 2022 transcripts are filed with the trial court.
