Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken from a resentence of the Seneca County Court, rendered March 7, 2011, the judgment of Seneca County Court, rendered March 27, 2003, and the decision and the order of Seneca County Court, entered July 31, 2006,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Barry Porsch, Esq. dated November 26, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to January 20, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to February 4, 2015.
