ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated March 11, 2011, May 25, 2011, June 13, 2011, and August 12, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment No. "3073/10" and substituting therefor Indictment No. "3073/09."
