PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken from judgments of Jefferson County Court, rendered February 2, 2015, and appellant having cross-moved to reschedule oral argument of said appeals and other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Harmony A. Healy, Esq. sworn to February 27, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq. dated February 28, 2017, the notice of cross-motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion of respondent is granted, and the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to April 4, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to April 19, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that cross-motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are removed from the day calendar of April 4, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeals be added to the day calendar for May 25, 2017.
