Lynn W.L. Fahey, New York, N.Y., for appellant. Richard A. Brown, District Attorney, Kew Gardens, N.Y. (John M. Castellano and Merri Turk Lasky of counsel), for respondent.
Appeals by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from four sentences of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Griffin, J.), all imposed December 15, 2011, on the ground that the sentences were excessive.
ORDERED that the sentences are affirmed.
The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes review of his contention that the sentences imposed were excessive ( see People v. Bradshaw, 18 N.Y.3d 257, 264–267, 938 N.Y.S.2d 254, 961 N.E.2d 645; People v. Ramos, 7 N.Y.3d 737, 738, 819 N.Y.S.2d 853, 853 N.E.2d 222; People v.
