Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Chautauqua County Court, rendered October 4, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to February 6, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Laurie M. Beckerink, Esq. filed February 15, 2012, and the statement of John A. Cirando, Esq. dated February 17, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 5, 2011 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date February 6, 2012 and inserting in place thereof the date April 23, 2012.
