People v. Hall

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jul 1, 2004
682 N.W.2d 98 (Mich. 2004)

Opinion

No. 125330.

July 1, 2004.

SC: 125330, COA: 249779, Wayne CC: 01-013450.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the October 29, 2003 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Kelly, J., would remand to the Court of Appeals as on leave granted to consider whether the plea was involuntary.
