Opinion

March 17, 2008.

Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Todd J. Hall (Attorney Registration No. 33281) from the practice of law for a period of sixty days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective March 17, 2008. Respondent knowingly neglected a client matter and failed to communicate with his clients with regard to their case for several months. His clients may ultimately suffer actual harm if a court decides not to reinstate their lawsuit previously dismissed for failure to prosecute. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.2(a), 1.3, 1.4(a), and 1.4(b).
