Ronai, 82 N.Y.2d 736, 602 N.Y.S.2d 323, 621 N.E.2d 690 [1993], this Court held that the plaintiff there did not meet her burden of demonstrating the absence of any material fact; "a factual question of her reasonable care" existed, and thus plaintiff was properly denied summary judgment (id. at 737, 602 N.Y.S.2d 323, 621 N.E.2d 690).
