The People of the State of New York, v. Robert Hall, Defendant.


Defendant having moved for an order granting his application for coram nobis relief on the grounds he was allegedly denied effective assistance of trial counsel by reason of trial counsel's failure to file a timely notice of appeal on defendant's behalf, pursuant to CPL 460.30, from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 16, 2012, and for leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
