ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 23, 2011, be modified as follows:

On page 15 of the typed opinion under subdivision d, delete three sentences commencing with the words, “Hale suggests this aspect of unreliability...” and ending with the words “was approximately 25 percent.”

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
