Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgments of the Wayne County Court, rendered August 22, 2013 and November 22, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James S. Kernan, Esq. sworn to January 14, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and James S. Kernan, Esq. is hereby directed to file and serve the notices of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before February 26, 2014.
