Appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal taken from the judgment of Genesee County Court, rendered November 13, 2014, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Patrick Hackett dated November 25, 2015, November 24, 2015, and December 22, 2015, and the statement of Patrick Hackett filed December 24, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
