People v. Guzman

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jan 28, 1999
257 A.D.2d 551 (N.Y. App. Div. 1999)

Opinion

January 28, 1999.

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Barbara Newman, J.).

The record establishes that defendant made a valid waiver of his right to appeal ( People v. Moissett, 76 N.Y.2d 909). This waiver forecloses defendant's challenge to his sentence ( see, People v. Hidalgo, 91 N.Y.2d 733).

Concur — Ellerin, J.P., Wallach, Tom and Andrias, JJ.
