MOTION DECISION

Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about November 16, 2015, until 180 days after Supreme Court renders a decision on defendant's pending CPL 440.10 motion and, if said motion is denied, the resolution of any motion for leave to appeal that denial to this Court or, in the alternative, to the June 2022 Term of this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the June 2022 Term of this Court.
