Appeal from the Court of Appeals No. 266528.

Summary Dispositions September 14, 2006.

Pursuant to MCR 7.302(G)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we remand this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration, as on leave granted, of defendant's claim that the trial court improperly assessed ten points for offense variable 9. In all other respects leave to appeal is denied, because we are not persuaded that the remaining questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
