DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered September 20, 2010, and for leave to submit the appeal on an abridged record dispensing with the minutes of eight court dates.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in partial opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by March 2, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to submit the appeal on an abridged record dispensing with the minutes of eight court dates is denied.
