People v. Guay

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
May 3, 1950
277 App. Div. 808 (N.Y. App. Div. 1950)

Opinion

May 3, 1950.

Appeal from County Court of St. Lawrence County.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.

The evidence amply sustains the judgment under appeal. The amendment of the indictment was authorized. (Code Crim. Pro., § 281.) We feel we may not properly say that the sentences were excessive. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed.
