INCOMPETENTS AND DELINQUENTS, § 18when writ of error to review conviction of contributing to delinquency of female child is without merit. Writ of error to review conviction of contributing to delinquency of female child by defendant male's giving penny to child, having her lower her panties, and then exposing himself, held without merit (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 38, par. 104; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 37.090).
