Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal due to defendant's death on September 01, 2022, and remanding the case to the Supreme Court, New York County, with instructions to vacate the Sex Offender Registration Act ("SORA") risk level designation and the July 27, 2021 adjudication.
