Judgment of conviction of the County Court of Kings county reversed, and new trial ordered, upon the ground that the evidence should not have satisfied the jury beyond a reasonable doubt of the guilt of defendant. Jenks, P.J., Rich, Putnam, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concur.
