ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING [No Change in Judgment]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 31, 2011, and not certified for publication be modified as follows:

On page 6, at the end of the first full paragraph, add the following sentence: Although appellant does not request a new sentencing hearing per se because he does not challenge his sentence, his request to have the court arrange for the probation report to be corrected would clearly entail an expenditure of resources that could have been avoided.

This modification does not constitute a change in judgment. Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
