May 16, 2006.

Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County (Hayes, J.), entered June 25, 2003, which, after a hearing pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C, designated him a level three sex offender.

David Goodman, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. (Steven Levine of counsel), for appellant.

Before: Schmidt, J.P., Crane, Santucci and Spolzino, JJ., concur.
