Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Timothy J. Drury, J.), rendered March 3, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and operating a motor vehicle with unsecured license plates.
