Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction for violation of section 163 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York (in keeping and offering for sale eggs not safe for human food), rendered by a city magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
