Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered October 31, 1978, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Appeal dismissed. Defendant made a knowing and intelligent waiver of his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence (see People v. Williams, 36 N.Y.2d 829; People v. Coscia, 56 A.D.2d 851). Cohalan, J.P., Margett, O'Connor and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
