Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered July 20, 2010, the order of Supreme Court, Monroe County dated July 1, 2013 and entered July 2, 2013, and the order of Supreme Court, Monroe County entered October 23, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of David H. Kernan, Esq. dated June 16, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the judgment rendered July 20, 2010, the order dated July 1, 2013 and entered July 2, 2013 and the order entered October 23, 2014 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
