Motion by the defendant for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated January 30, 2013, which affirmed a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered July 20, 2011.
