Defendant Jessalynn Kendy Graham's petition for review was granted on September 1, 2021, and further action was deferred pending consideration and disposition of a related issue in People v. Braden (2023) 14 Cal.5th 791. On September 12, 2022, defendant filed an “Application for Transfer” to the Court of Appeal requesting relief under the 2021 amendments to Penal Code section 1170, subdivision (b). In light of this motion, further action in this matter is deferred pending consideration and disposition of related issues in People v. Lynch, S274942 and People v. Salazar, S275788 (see Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.512(d)(2)), or pending further order of the court. Submission of additional briefing, pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.520, is deferred pending further order of the court.
