THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. ALICIA M. GOULD, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered February 9, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Alicia Gould sworn to December 9, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Daniel Gross, Esq. dated December 23, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the pro se notice of appeal dated October 12, 2015 is hereby deemed timely served, and

It is further ORDERED that Alicia Gould is hereby directed to file her pro se notice of appeal dated October 12, 2015 in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before February 19, 2016.
