PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. Richard L. GORDON, petitioner.


Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Gordon, case No. 5-16-0455 (11/04/19). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Casler, 2020 IL 125117, on the issue of whether the evidence was sufficient to support defendant's conviction for obstructing justice, and determine if a different result is warranted.

Overstreet, J. took no part.
