Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 30, 2000
618 N.W.2d 911 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 116360.

October 30, 2000.

COA: 208893, Oakland CC: 97-153989-FH

By order of May 31, 2000, the application for leave to appeal from the October 26, 1999, decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Sabin (Docket No. 114953).

On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 27, 2000, 462 Mich. 909 (2000), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
