154 A.D.2d 322 (N.Y. App. Div. 1989)

Opinion

October 31, 1989

Judgment of resentence, Supreme Court, New York County (J.A.K. Bradley, J.), rendered on November 7, 1986, unanimously affirmed. Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See, Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
