Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.


Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn [County of Kings], convicting the defendant of the crime of perjury in the second degree, unanimously affirmed. It was proper for the Attorney-General to file the information and prosecute the same in the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, the prosecution being within the scope of the specifications contained in the Governor's requirement.
