DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for writ of error coram nobis.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to move for permission to appeal from the order of County Court, Ulster County, dated March 19, 2019 is extended to February 22, 2021 (see CPL 450.10, 450.15 [1]; 460.10 [4] [a]; 460.15; People v Walker, 237 AD2d 726, 726-727 [1997]).

Lynch, J.P., Mulvey, Aarons and Pritzker, JJ., concur.
