The "Motion for Remand to the Court of Appeal to Reconsider the Cause in Light of Senate Bill No. 775 Amendments to Penal Code, Section 1170.95," filed March 7, 2022, is denied.

The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Six, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Strong (2022) 13 Cal.5th 698 and People v. Lewis (2021) 11 Cal.5th 952. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
