People v. Gomez

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Sep 22, 1994
207 A.D.2d 729 (N.Y. App. Div. 1994)

Opinion

September 22, 1994

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Leslie Crocker Snyder, J.).

Defendant's claim that he was illegally sentenced to consecutive terms was a point raised in the appeal of his codefendant Juan Martinez (People v. Martinez, 198 A.D.2d 197, lv denied 82 N.Y.2d 927), and, for the reasons stated therein, is without merit.

Concur — Rosenberger, J.P., Ellerin, Ross, Rubin and Williams, JJ.
