PUBLIC SERVICE, § 17.1 — temporary injunction predicated on void order of Illinois Commerce Commission, propriety of. Where Supreme Court held that order of Illinois Commerce Commission, directing motor carrier to cease and desist from transporting passengers for hire between certain points, was nullity, temporary injunction granted under section 75 of Public Utilities Act solely on basis of such order could not stand (Ill.
