Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Philip Alexander Goiran (Attorney Registration Number 32325) for sixty days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation, effective September 2, 2011. Goiran pled guilty to third-degree assault, a class one misdemeanor. That crime involved knowingly or recklessly causing bodily injury to another person. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
